AIDS/Lifecycle is a 7-day 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to raise money to provide life-saving services to those whose lives are impacted by HIV/AIDS.

Trudging Buddies is cycling team made up of sober people and their allies who train, prepare and participate in the AIDS/LifeCycle every year. In 2022, Trudging Buddies had 88 riders and volunteers all over the world participate in the event. 65 were first time riders with the majority in early recovery.

You do not need to have prior cycling experience. Trudging Buddies support you at every step of the way to get a bike, learn how to ride, train and prepare for the event in June.

The experience is transformative as we realize that each of us is infinitely more powerful than we ever imagined.
